Enjoy More Streaming Options With The Xbox One Twitch App Capture Card Update!

Prepare yourselves for some love Xbox One fans. Today we’re announcing a fantastic new feature developed in partnership with Microsoft. Right now, you can update your app and experience capture card support for Twitch broadcasters on Xbox Live and Twitch! This means that streamers with their Xbox Live and Twitch accounts linked can have their broadcasts amplified in new ways:

• The Activity Feed on Xbox One and the Xbox app on Windows 10, iOS and Android will now display streamers playing games on their Xbox while broadcasting with capture cards

• Streamers can now have their notifications be sent across Xbox One, the Xbox app on Windows 10, iOS and Android

• A chance to be highlighted on the Game Product Details Page in the Xbox Store

• Xbox capture card streams will now show up on Xbox directories on Twitch for viewers filtering for Xbox only content.

Remember, to take advantage of this update as a streamer, all you have to do is link your Xbox Live and Twitch accounts together inside the Twitch app on Xbox. After you’re all synced up, simply set your “Now Playing” game, use your favorite capture card and broadcasting software, and get to kicking some ass!
