Update to the Partner Plus Program

In an effort to make qualifying for the Partner Plus program and its 70/30 net revenue share quicker for our streamers, and to better recognize deeper support from your community, we are excited to announce that Tier 2 and Tier 3 subs will be weighted more heavily towards the monthly criteria, which will now be measured by Partner Plus points. Instead of all sub tiers counting as 1 individual sub purchase, Tier 1 will still be worth 1 Partner Plus point, but Tier 2 will be worth 2 Partner Plus points, and Tier 3 will be worth 6 Partner Plus points. To qualify for the Partner Plus program, a streamer must earn 350 total Partner Plus points from recurring paid subs each month for three consecutive months. We will retroactively apply these updates to Tier 2 and Tier 3 subs purchased in July and August when determining eligibility for the start of the Partner Plus program on 10/1.

Your past and current qualification metrics are available right in the Overview tab of the Analytics section of your Creator Dashboard. Simply select the monthly date range and hover your cursor over the chart to see your Partner Plus points for that month. Today we’re announcing the Partner Plus program, a new program for streamers to build toward as they continue to grow their businesses. This new Partner Program benefit will offer 70% share on net subscription revenue to streamers who meet the qualification criteria.

Streamers in the Partner Plus program will receive a 70/30 revenue share on net subscription revenue (revenue from recurring monthly subscriptions and gift subs), for 12 months up to US$100K. To qualify, Partners must maintain a sub count of at least 350 recurring paid subscriptions for three consecutive months. Once that happens, Partners will be automatically enrolled for the next 12 months, even if you dip below the subscription threshold during the 12-month period.

The Partner Plus program will launch on October 1, 2023. Streamers that meet the qualification criteria in July, August, and September will be enrolled in the program and notified in October.
